Information you share
When you submit a form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, Florida location interests, plans to buy or sell, timing, approximate budget, and the message you write. The free-guide form requests your name and email address and provides an optional choice to receive marketing email.
How it is used
We use information to respond to your request, follow up about real estate or inspection services you ask about, provide the free guide, and maintain records of inquiries. If you separately select the marketing-email checkbox, your email may also be used for occasional educational updates, new video notices, and book announcements. You can request to stop receiving promotional emails at any time.
Form hosting and storage
The site uses Netlify to host the website and process online forms once Netlify Forms is enabled. Form submissions can be viewed and managed in Netlify and may be forwarded by email to the site operator. Information may be handled by infrastructure providers necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, or other highly sensitive financial information into the forms.
Sales and outside links
Links to Amazon and YouTube lead to third-party websites, which have their own privacy practices. A book purchase on Amazon is completed on Amazon, not on this website.
Your choices
You can ask what information you've provided to us, request correction or deletion when appropriate, or withdraw promotional email consent by writing to exploringwithjimmyb@gmail.com. Certain records may be retained when reasonably needed for legitimate business purposes or applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and site analytics
This initial version does not install a third-party advertising pixel or site analytics script. The hosting provider may use technical logs necessary to operate and protect its service. If analytics or additional marketing services are introduced later, this notice should be updated accordingly.

Real estate services are offered by Dimitrios “Jimmy” Bitzas through NEAT Realty. Home inspection services are offered separately through JBL Home Inspections. Contacting us through this website does not by itself create a real estate agency, inspection, legal, or other professional relationship. All services are subject to availability, applicable laws, professional obligations, and written agreements when required.
